Product and refunds

Discord Bans / Blacklists

If you are banned or blacklisted from any of our services, we retain the right to cancel the delivery of any future purchases if you are found to be evading the ban.

Accounts

All accounts purchased in our store come with a 24-hour warranty period. This warranty covers any issues related to the account during this specific timeframe. Please note that altering the email address and password associated with the purchased account will void the warranty. To maintain warranty coverage, refrain from making any changes to these credentials. We strongly advise thoroughly inspecting and verifying the purchased account within the initial 24-hour period to ensure it aligns with your expectations. Any issues or discrepancies discovered during this timeframe will be addressed as per our warranty policy. Kindly be aware that our store reserves the right to decline warranty claims if modifications have been made to the account's email and password. Key Sharing

Key sharing is forbidden and result in a blacklist.

Defamation

If you engage in disrespect, "trash-talking," or defamation directed towards any of our staff members or our shop, we retain the right to blacklist you and bar you from using any of our products!

Bans and punishments

Many of our products are against the rules of certain platforms , so use it at your own risk we are not responsable for any punishments that you may face

Mbway Payments

If you make a call to the phone number provided for the mbway payment you will be blacklisted and any orders related will be cancelled and not refunded
